Organizations (businesses, school districts, non-profit organizations, churches,
ministries) can utilize the MBA Inventory to gain a sense of how best to encourage
and show appreciation to their staff as a whole, departments or sections, or groups
of leaders and volunteers.
Becoming a Member Organization provides the following benefits:
- Discounted price for large group administration of the MBA Inventory.
- Summaries of group data.
- Training and educational seminars for staff members.
Discounts are provided for individuals who are members of non-profit organizations,
churches and ministries. Please contact us for directions
on obtaining this discount.
Additionally, for larger groups of team members (employers or managers with 10 or
more team members) group discounts are available, (the larger the group, the greater

In many cases, group data can be aggregated and summarized graphically to show a
manager or supervisor the distribution of their team members with regards to their
primary, secondary, and lowest languages of appreciation. Group results may be subject
to an administrative fee, depending on the number of individuals involved.
Seminars can be provided for managers and team leaders, or for all individuals who
have taken the inventory. One of our professional staff will come and conduct an
educational seminar regarding the languages of appreciation, how they are demonstrated
in daily work settings, and how best to use the MBA Inventory results. contact us for information

Typically, there is no additional cost for an organization to become a Member Organization,
assuming sufficient numbers of MBA Inventories are purchased for use.
