Dr. Chapman and Dr. White decided to develop the MBA Inventory as the first step
to apply the five love languages concept to work-oriented relationships. Data and
experiences gathered from using the MBA Inventory with businesses and organizations
are helping them to expand their knowledge in applying the four languages of appreciation
in real-life settings.
